At Proof Golf, we’re all about building a community of golfers who are dedicated to improving their game (while having some fun doing it). To add a little friendly competition, we are launching a recurring monthly Closest to the Pin challenge.
We’re getting a slightly late start for March, but moving forward, these challenges will launch on the 1st of every month, giving you a full month to dial in your yardages.
The Inaugural March Challenge: Teeth of the Dog
For our first monthly challenge, we are teeing it up at the iconic Teeth of the Dog course in La Romana, Dominican Republic.
Your target: Hole 5, playing from the Blue Tees at a distance of 129 yards. This distance is the perfect test for your scoring clubs, demanding precision and distance control to hold the green.
The winner of the March Closest to the Pin will take home a dozen PXG golf balls.
How to Enter
We’ve made the entry process easy. To get your attempts tracked on the leaderboard, simply follow these steps when you are at the facility:
- Book a tee time
- Log in to your existing E6 profile in your bay. If you don’t have one, it takes just a minute to create an account.
- Select the “EVENTS” tab from the main menu.
- Enter the unique event join code for March: EB3A9A
Once you’re in, you will have 10 attempts to hit your best shot. We recommend warming up first—you only get one entry.
You have until the end of the day on March 31st to get your name on the leaderboard.
